    I’ve now seen (what I believe to be) a few “AI-based” recruiting emails. From what I can tell, neither of them actually said they were not a real person. Lame/fakey type “AI” names, though – like AImy (that’s capital A and capital I) and Alexa, etc.

    So – my question is: Since many candidates will go to Linkedin and check out a recruiter before replying….what happens when they can’t find “AImy” there?

    I have a former client insisting we use Jobscan.co return an 80% score when we tailor a new resume for her. We don’t use this site and I explained my feelings about it (eg there are too many ATS systems out there and it can result in producing a generic resume). I have strong statistics supporting the ability of my resume clients to get interviews and jobs. Do you use this tool? I’d love to hear the good and the bad.

    Need some feedback on business liability insurance. Finding that as I pursue larger clients and some government business I am being asked about Commercial Liability insurance. What is common for Exec Search and where do I get the best deal? Any thoughts?

    Who is using iCIMS and posting/pushing their jobs to Indeed? We’re seeing AWFUL flow because our jobs are “aging” in the 30+ days portion. I’m curious on your flow from Indeed and if you repost new reqs every 30-90 days to “refresh” the postings on Indeed. That’s what they’re telling me the “fix” is and I’m at a loss for how to manage that on the back end with data collections, ect.

    Thought for the day:

    You should expect your (potential or actual) client to do one of 2 things upon completion of a search:
    A. Delete, expunge, trash, remove all resumes/profiles presented by you for their consideration
    or
    B. Pay you to keep them and do whatever they want with them.
    There is no part of our service called “load up your ATS for free” in my opinion.
    Please consider having these discussions.
