MadSourcer was hired to analyze and develop a strategic hiring plan for TMS as they relocated their offices from Torrance, CA to Plano, TX. Toyota’s collective objective was to hire 2,000 professionals in 18 months and we helped them achieve their goal.

Rapid Ramp-Up Time

MadSourcer was able to partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to review talent acquisition metrics, enterprise reporting as well as developing and coordinating with the Deloitte & Touche business assurance team to make sure that the aggressive hiring goals were met accordingly.

MadSourcer was able to review the entire talent acquisition process and identify the “stop gaps” quickly and we were able to coordinate with Executive Management to develop solutions quickly to provide for a smoother interviewing and hiring process. Our actions and strategies helped to increase candidate activity by 40%, on average, and we were able to increase monthly hires significantly.
