Our Company partnered with the Applied Intelligence and Managed Cloud Service groups to develop pipeline candidates and manage sourcing analytics for their Google Center of Excellence contract. MadSourcer was responsible for managing and developing pipeline channels for technical, data, machine learning and AI professionals.

Rapid Ramp-Up Time

MadSourcer was able to partner with the struggling Applied Intelligence Group to quickly identity productivity challenges, provide a gap analysis, suggest recruitment best practices, and drive efficiencies quickly. With Accenture we were able to provide value within the third week of partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team.

Data Science

MadSourcer was quickly able to review their Avature (CRM) response rates and was able to consolidate marketing campaigns, eliminate ineffective and low response campaigns. We created new marketing campaigns, reviewed responses daily while making necessary adjustment and were able to find a good campaign that increased response rates by 17%. We were also able to create a system to better track sourcing pipeline that tracked reach-outs, responses, candidates engaged, hiring manager submittals and offers extended/accepted. With that data, we were able to set thresholds of activity necessary to produce consistent activity while increasing monthly hires significantly.

Results

MadSourcer was able to successfully drive candidate pipeline activity producing higher quality candidates, lowering time-to-fills, drive enterprise hiring activity.  We increased pipeline activity by 32% while increasing monthly hires by 22%!!
