What does Calendly do? Calendly is a simple, easy-to-use, yet powerful scheduling software, which aims to save time, accelerate sales, and improve service quality. It eliminates the old-school way of using email and phone tags for scheduling appointments, calls, interviews, demos, and more.

Price: Basic – Free for 14 days, Premium – $8/month, Pro – $12/month but all are paid on an annual basis.

The Good: Calendly automatically sets schedules for meetings/events. You can set blackout dates and this is compatible with Gmail, Outlook, Zoom and GoToMeeting. If you are a recruiter, you can send your calendly link to them and they can select the times available to set up an interview that will auto-populate to your calendars.

The Bad: Doesn’t work well with Opera or Google. The best use of Calendly is by using Chrome.

Limitations: The function can be a little confusing but after using this a few times, it becomes easier to use.
